Ingredients
Our cupcakes are baked to order and include dairy products. Our kitchen used to prepare foods that contain these ingredients and also nuts. Please discuss any dietary requirements with us before ordering.
Quantities
Cupcakes are baked in batches of 12 or multiples of.
Design
Our cupcakes are all handmade and are therefore individual. We will do our best to match designs and colors but there may be some variance. We cannot guarantee to exactly produce the same cupcakes from a prior Heaven Cupcake photo or from other bakers. Our designs will be an interpretation of their cakes. It is important to remember that we are dealing with food and art and no two products are truly ever the same.
We reserve the right to use our judgment when creating and designing your cakes and we may need to adjust your order accordingly.
Orders
Orders are accepted via our webform. We request 48 hours advance notice but more is always appreciated. For any special requirements such as corporate logos, weddings, etc we generally require at least 1 – 2 weeks prior notice.
We are a small team of bakers and we can only take a specific amount of orders. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you place your order as early as possible.
We cannot guarantee availability of all products at time of ordering.
We reserve the right not to accept an order.
Payment
Cupcake orders must be paid in full before delivery. We send invoices via Square to the email address we have received.
Delivery
Currently, we are only able to offer delivery to the Salt Lake area.
Once cupcakes have been delivered we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur.
No surprise deliveries. Ask your recipient if they’ll around to receive a delivery. We are not available to attempt redelivery. We will leave the delivery at the door/porch if it appears safe. Recipient must be available to meet driver if it’s a secure building such as an apartment. If recipient is unavailable, order will be cancelled and a partial refund issued.
We will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner.
Refunds or Disputes
Full refunds cannot be given for any cupcakes that been consumed regardless of dispute, as consumption of the cakes is viewed as your acceptance that the cakes are adequate for the purpose for which they have been supplied.
Refunds are not available for custom design work.
Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept the return of any products because you do not like the taste or texture.
